ONE ON ONES

Group yoga classes can be daunting as a beginner practitioner, and may not always deliver the best approach to your needs.

​

You may desire one on ones to get a better understanding of the practice, the breath and yoga protocols before entering a studio full of lycra clad yogis!

​

Alternatively, you may be seeking a supportive space with an experienced teacher to target your needs with a more prescriptive approach.

​

Whether or not you are seeking yoga, during injury, illness or have other specific needs, I will support your understanding of your body and its requirements.  

​

Each session becomes an opportunity to explore a greater capacity of internal literacy and awareness.

​

Building greater stability and ease in both the body and mind.
